Superior has been a wonderful opportunity for me as I am now into my 15th year of service. At age 56, the company I was working for closed its doors. It did not take long to realize that no company is willing to hire a person 56 years old, but Superior will.
It was explained to me that it is possible to make six figures selling light bulbs.
At the start of my training, I sincerely thought this was "hype" told to all new people. However, I am living proof it is possible to achieve $100,000 per year with Superior. The support that the sales people receive is second to none anywhere! The training system used by Superior is easily learned and it works! The In-House Managers work with you and guide you. All have 15 plus years of sales experience in selling lighting products.

I have been with Superior 2.5 years. I expected certain standards from myself and the company. The 34 year old company has met all my standards. There is a corporate website which is very impressive and informative. I encourage anyone looking at this opportunity to proceed to the website. I have looked at companies in the past who give you lots of "hype" and paint a picture of making six figures. The picture they give you sometimes leaves some of the facts out of the context. A person is misled and frustrated when they realize the numbers are fictional and highly unattainable. This company will present the facts and it's your decision to make it happen. Superior will give you every tool to be successful. You will determine how to use the tools and how much success you choose in your career. MY CAREER IN LIGHTING
Who needs lighting? Hmmmm… When I first took a look at the opportunity with Superior I asked myself that question. There were some initial signs that this may be a good position to consider. I had my interview at the home office and what I saw was everybody driving nice cars and being familiar with the area I knew where they lived and they all had nice houses. The activity at the office was fast and furious, so I knew something had to be going on. Well that was 34 years ago and I am still a part of this venture and I plan to be until they drive me away.
Selling the best is always a good idea. I have taken part in helping many people make a substantial living and it is still fun when I am working with a new salesperson and they make their first sale.

My name is Mark. When I started with Superior I was just out of college and had no real sales experience. Being young and I am sure I was somewhat impressionable at the time. Well fortunately for me my lack of a sales background turned out to be a plus because I brought no bad habits to the table. Don't get me wrong over the years I have seen people join Superior with or without sales experience and become success stories. I guess what I am getting at is that once a new person commits to following the Superior program and do the work associated with starting a career their success is just a matter of getting up each morning and making presentations. Hi my name is John. After college I started my venture into the business world in the restaurant/bar arena. Then life took some turns and all of the sudden I had a family and I needed to make more money to support my new and growing family.
I was offered a position with Superior after I interviewed with one of the personnel specialist. To be honest with you I was just seeking some sales experience to pad my resume before attempting to get a "Real Sales Job".
Well it has been 20 years now and I am still going and growing with Superior. I was amazed at first with the training that was directed my way. These people were serious about me and my success. They sent managers and veteran sales trainers to Indianapolis to help me over and over again. The back-up support from the office was constant and very helpful. Again, these people the "Mentors" took their time each day to help learn the Superior System of selling. Guess what? With their persistence and my effort I grew to the point that Superior offered me a position at the Home Office. The rest is history.

I started my career with Superior in March of 2009 and have never looked back. My experience with the Superior family has been exceptional. Everything was laid out and explained to me thoroughly during the interview process and I have experienced all of the training, support and success that Superior said would happen for me, and more. I have been following their “proven program” that was presented to me and have found success in it. Superior really does know the BEST way to sell industrial lighting. Some of the techniques that Superior has taught me have seemed so simple, yet they are so powerful and I have been earning a healthy income because of it. I have become so successful, that I have recently begun to train other Superior sales reps on these techniques. I began with Superior Inc. in mid September 2008. The interview process was quite interesting. Both Kimberly and Angelina were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I discovered the opportunity online and the opportunity appealed to me immediately. I followed the process of filling out the applications and faxing them back to the corporate office. I also checked out the corporate website which proved to be very informative and impressive. Within a short amount of time I had a return phone call from Kimberly. She was very friendly and professional and explained the process of the interview and also explained the complete training program. She told me there would be some pre-training, in-field training, in-house managers and home office training.
I was also sent a detailed description of the type of market that Superior is seeking for new sales people. It is a huge growing market. There is also a repeat factor and no limited territory. Everything that was shown to me initially, has completely met all standards with flying colors. Everyone receives top notch training with the best in the field. They also supply you with all of the tools needed to begin your career and to continue on a successful path. You have accessability to in-house managers and product knowledge staff on a daily basis and they are all only a phone call way. During normal business work hours there is always a helpful Superior associate ready to help you in any way for any question.
The company pays straight commission and they also offer some excellent bonuses that are very much attainable. The nice thing about the commission program is that you can determine your own future. You can determine how hard you want to work and also how many hours you want to commit and even what days of the week. Your success is directly tied to your work ethic.
Everything that is shown and explained from day one by Kimberly and Angelina is absolutely everything that was given to me in training materials and also hands-on in the field training has been exactly what was promised step by step. I am very happy and impressed as to how Kimberly and Angelina explained everything to me in great detail. They answered all of my questions and concerns.
As I approach my eighth month with the company, I am very pleased with my success thus far. Most recently I visited the corporate office in Mount Laurel New Jersey. This was a huge eye opener for me. It's the end of my fourth day of training with Superior and I wanted to let you know that everything is just as terrific as you said it would be. I've never been with a company so well prepared to make me successful.
I must thank you again for the interest you took in me from the beginning. I could tell from Angelina's first voice mail that you had a sincere interest in my experience and a real and pressing opportunity for me. Angelina, your enthusiasm was contagious and I was thrilled to be able to continue the interview process with you both so quickly.
When you invited me to discuss with you whether we had a good match of goals and ambitions between Superior and myself, I was surprised and delighted for you to invite my significant one, Dave, to sit in with us.
