Initial Sales Training
Your First Twelve Weeks
STEP 1
Pre-Training: This will include a combination of classroom situations conducted over the phone and field assignments mixed in with your classroom events. There also will be required studying during this time period. The Pre-Training will run Monday through Friday and is designed to familiarize you with product knowledge, Superior’s proven sales techniques, and name gathering.
STEP 2
Field Training: Step two of our unique program will take place in your area. Superior will send one or our experienced sales trainers to your location and they will work with you in the field. They will make sales presentations by using our easy to follow system. These field trainers will come back as needed over the first twelve weeks of your initial training.
STEP 3
Match Program: This exceptional program applies each time a trainer works with you in the field. You will have the opportunity to match the income that the sales trainer makes while they are with you.
STEP 4
In-House Mentor: After the completion of your Pre-Training week, we will assign you an In-House Mentor to act as your personal coach. This valuable training link will continue your training during the first twelve weeks and will be available both during normal working hours and also until 9 PM Eastern Time, in the evening.
STEP 5
Product Specialist Trainer: You will have unlimited access to one of our product specialists via our 800 number during office hours. Their knowledge of both our quality products and sales techniques has proven to be a great assistance for our people.
STEP 6
Home Office Training: At the completion of your initial twelve weeks of training, you will be scheduled for your all expense paid home office visit (refer to page 5 of the PDF file and Home Office Training). We will bring you to the home office at our expense and here we will continue your valuable training.
